Mission & Objectives

Mission:

Our mission is to uphold core principles of independence, impartiality, technical competence, transparency, continuous improvement, collaboration, and regulatory compliance. We aim to provide unbiased and trustworthy accreditation services to all conformity assessment bodies, fostering excellence and reliability in conformity assessment practices. Through transparent communication and collaboration with industry stakeholders, we strive to enhance the credibility of the conformity assessment system. Our commitment to continuous improvement and strict adherence to regulatory compliance ensures that we protect the public interest and contribute to the advancement of the accreditation profession on a global scale.

Objectives:

  • Continually improve the quality of accreditation process in line with the international standard ISO 17011.
  • Ensure complete accreditation process for an initial accreditation within 45days.
  • Ensure zero customer complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction level at minimum 90%.
  • Ensure zero customer appeals & disputes.
  • Ensure zero noncompliance during internal assessment.
  • Ensure zero noncompliance during external/peer assessment.
  • Ensure impartiality, confidentiality & privacy during all accreditation activities.
  • Ensure competency improvement of resources involved in accreditation activities by conducting regular training & other interventions.
  • Increase PAN India & Global footprints.
  • Achieve financial stability by increasing revenue by 25% YOY.
